This commission type is meant to be cheap and quick, thus it has no revisions (meaning that i won't show progress pictures nor ask for input), i'll only make changes if i forgot something on the character design.
you can give references to what kind of vibe you want or leave it entirely up to me! you can also ask me directly what you can get with X amount
Additions
Additional character: +75% of the base price (per character)
Maximum of 4 characters in one piece
Simple background: Free
Solid color, gradient, simple shapes, a few brush effects
Complex background: 5$-10$
Complex abstract backgrounds with multiple brushes and textures layered with handdrawn elements, or very simple scenes (eg.: a night sky with tree leaves)
Full Scene: 10$-30$

Animals/Creatures
Complex clothes and accessories (will cost an additional fee)
Characters from any age range and any gender/presentation
Selfshipping/OC x canon
I do not draw:
Mecha/Heavy machinery (not my area of expertise ;w;)
NSFW, highly suggestive or fetish art
Gore

Discrimination or hate speech
Relationships that make me uncomfortable (minor x adult, incest, etc)
Any scene, character or situation i feel uncomfortable
TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
I have the right to refuse any requests I do not feel comfortable or cannot draw. Feel free to ask me for the reason why I refused your request but do not pressure me to accept.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
I only accept full upfront payment, If the total price of the request is 50USD+ I can accept half payment upfront and half after the sketch is approved
I do not take refunds
NOTE: The only reason I don't do refunds is because paypal is ass in Brazil. It only holds money for 2-3 days before it automatically transfers to the bank account and I cannot control this. For this reason any refunds that I do make take a while to be issued. If you're brazilian and pays via Pix this doesn't apply
The only exception is if I have started working on your order but I'm unable to complete it because of any reason, in that case will notify you and issue a refund based on how much work I have done. If I'm unable to start working at all I will issue a full refund
ANOTHER NOTE: When you send a payment to me through PayPal or Ko-fi, it will be marked as pending on your end, that is normal! for some reason PayPal requires me to manually accept my payments, I presume it's because of currency conversion shenanigans
REVISIONS
I send pose/thumbnail sketches in 3 days or less, and then i send wips every time a process is completed (when lineart is completed, flat color, shading, etc)
I can send wips when requested, but i may refuse if you're being too intrusive (asking for a wip multiple times a day or when I've recently sent one)
Any changes in the art should be communicated in the sketch or lineart stage, if a change is only requested in the coloring stage i will charge an extra fee
*An exception to the above rule is applied if i mistakenly forget something in the character's design, or forget to draw something that was previously discussed, in those cases the correction is free
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
My maximum delivery time depends on the order and complexity
Sketches are 1-2 weeks to 1 month Finished illustrations take up 1 to 3 months
USE
NFT and AI use is strictly prohibited
Commissions are per default personal use, that includes: Art for personal viewing, gifting to someone else, utilizing as PFP/header on your personal account, reproducing on physical products for yourself, etc.
Commercial use requires an additional fee, that includes: Art for Vtuber and youtuber branding
For merchandising use, contact me and i'll give a quote
You may repost your commission on social media with credit
Ask for permission before editing my work
In case i wasn't able to finish your commission and issued you a refund, please ask me for permission before using/posting my unfinished work
